MISSION 

Our mission is to empower and support San Francisco real estate practitioners in order to create a level playing field for all people and eliminate discrimination, by fostering education and mentorship, creating a sustainable community, and advocating for fair housing.

VISION 

To create a real estate sector that is free from discrimination. 

PILLARS 

Fostering Education & Mentorship 
We provide the right kind of support to equip and elevate People of Color and marginalized individuals to enter and stay in real estate; raise awareness of issues surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion; and educate the real estate community and community at large.

Creating Sustainable Community 
We want to create a community of like-minded people that reflects the diversity of San Francisco and where everyone can integrate into and flourish in the real estate market now and in the future.

Advocating for Fair Housing 
We identify discriminatory and illegal practices and provide reporting channels and support in order to advocate for positive change within the real estate community.
